Mindset Discussion

Stanford University Professor Carol Dweck has identified that people approach learning and development through two different mindsets: the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. Why is growth important? Because we live in a knowledge economy. In all likelihood, you are knowledge-worker. And that means, if you want to be employable in the future, you’re going to have to learn and grow.
